Edit: I did notice that the radiator is ducted! This is something that previously was done in race cars (see ruclips.net/video/Fnmc_uJv54w/видео.html) The top piece forms a kind of an expansion between the opening (small) and the radiator (large), there are also some side plastic pieces that should mount relatively flush with the bumper (and as such, they are damaged) and help directing the airflow towards the radiator. Otherwise, the air literally bypasses the radiator- I think the packaging and aero constraints have forced manufacturers to do these kind of solutions.
