Good morning, my friend Dave your chicken burger turned out delicious love chicken burgers. I’m gonna make it your way. Thank you for sharing. Enjoy your day. Stay healthy and God bless everyone.🙏😋💕🌏
Gotta love homemade cooking! Your chicken burgers look delicious Dave! I can’t stress enough, homemade cooking/baking/BBQ’ing, grilling is the best! Thanks for sharing such a delicious meal!
@@TheCooknShare Hi Dave! It’s 3:30 PM and we are sitting at 14 degrees Celsius feeling like 13! Yesterday this time it was 18 Celsius! I hope you are enjoying our Spring like weather there too!
I'm sold, I need to give these burgers a try! 2 slight modifications I'll probably do. 1. Give these burgers the Smash burger treatment, and 2, add some pork fat to the ground chicken, not much, maybe a 90% chicken to 10% pork fat ratio to give the patties more flavor and make them juicer. I'm also a Garlic fiend so I'll probably add more Garlic to the patties as well. Besides that these burgers look amazing, and when I do this I'll have to tell you how they turned out.
@@TheCooknShare I finally made your burgers Dave, and they were great! They were juicy, the maillard reaction from going smash style was a nice touch. I also decided to serve them on toasted ciabatta bread, which moving forward I don't see myself serving them any other way. The only change I would do next time, make my own home made Tzatziki sauce over using store bought. In the end it's another great dish! 2 for 2 on recipes of yours I've tried. I'll gladly recommend this recipe to my friends, and will definitely make again whenever I'm being health conscious.
I just had a sandwich yesterday that had the feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach Juan ciabatta bread. It was so delicious. That's what this chicken burger reminds me of. I know I will love it.
@@TheCooknShare oh I am going to try this one. I love chicken burgers and I like grounding my own chicken as well. I've heard horror stories about what comes in the ground chicken that you get from the store, but I don't know if it's true or not. This one looks really, really good. I'm definitely excited to try it. I am doing very well thank you, except that it's too hot in Houston now 😂
Good morning my friend Dave! Those chicken burgers really look great! I also had no idea I could make my own ground chicken meat with a food processor! I’m going to try this out! Thanks a bunch for sharing! And btw the beard looks fantastic on you; my friend!
I usually used chicken breasts the burgers meatballs lasagna spaghetti bolognese if I want chicken I buy chicken if I want pork and also if I want beef I usually mince it all up I'm not one to usually buy mince prefer to do it myself. Your chicken burgers look absolutely delicious definitely gonna give this one a go.😊
I bet these burgers would be good with a side of rice or potatoes without the bun, etc. Looks so fresh!!! Thank you I will try!!! Might also try with ground turkey too. : )
Dave , yes on me, but I can't be sure on my wife or the girls because they have not had this somewhat Greek burger ( the Mediterranean yard bird burger ). I 'll have to ask them if they want to try this, keep your stick on the ice pal
Hey Steve. It is so good. You guys would love it. I think the girls would. If you try it, let me know. That yard bird took a long flight. LOL. See you at the lodge my friend.
@TheCooknShare I know I will eat that sammich ( the way to prounce sandwich in hillbilly land , lol) , I am fairly sure the girls have not eaten feta cheese, my wife does not like feta, bleu , gorganzola , cheese , if it is pungent she will not eat any , she is german/Austrian and will not eat limburger , but I really like it . I wi) get that hillbilly lingo into you til' it becomes habit & normal to you , lol., enjoy your yard bird sammich pal
LOL. Yes, I think I've heard the sammich before. Just love it. I'm kind of the opposite of your wife, the more pungent the cheese, the better I like it. Keep the hillbilly lingo comin' Steve. Just love it. Anyway back to my yard bird sammich with swamp grass. A meal for the lodge.
@TheCooknShare same here pal, I like pungent cheese , swamp seed , not swamp grass, lol, we'll get it & I will try to send the hillbilly lingo when it applies
