The number one mistake i notice RTS devs make is not focusing enough on faction asymmetry. Even Northgard didnt really do it for me. Age of Empires 4 let down my expectations that each faction would feel entirely different. Im glad to hear that these devs are aware of this problem and are working hard to make themselves stand out in the crowd. They sound like a really smart and committed crew!
