    Although I am not an introvert,I am used to bottling up my feelings because I can't hold my tears back when I open up to someone.Only meditation can make me calm down when I blow up

    Your videos always help me calm down. Now I realize that I shouldn't bottle up my feelings and should open up whenever I'm sad. I used to hold back my tears, but now I want to work on expressing my emotions.

      @@bbclearningenglish I have some trouble in the block of flats where I live, and at times I blow up, but I definitely don't bottle up my feelings, I'm an extrovert. I open up and talk about those problems even with strangers. Thanks again for the encouragement.🤗

    Don't bottle up your feelings. That can make you blow up, and it's not good for your health. You must be open up and let your emotions never hold back. Maybe you'll be taken like a crazy person, but who cares!!!😂😂😂.
    So, calm down, grab a cuppa and chill out reading my comment. Your health will be grateful/Your health will appreciate that.😂

    I always bottle up my feelings as i fear to open it up in front others.Apart from this, i am not good at holding up my tears.I literally broke down while sharing my past. Again, i started to blew up remembering the incident.Then, i start to isolate me to calm down. So, i decided to chill out when i freaking out continually.

    He blew up with anger when his favourite team lost.
    But after having a hot cup of tea, he calmed down

    When I feel depressed, l know opening up my feelings to other is good but I used to bottle up my feelings.I'm always holding back my feeling and thought. Sometimes to clam down my stress,I do breath in and out exercises.

      👍 Nice examples! 🤓 Here's are two quick corrections - 'I know opening up my feelings to others is good' and 'I'm always holding back my feelings and thoughts'. We need an 's' after 'others', 'feelings' and 'thoughts' as you're talking about more than one person, feeling and thought.

      🤓 They're slightly different! 'open up' means 🗣️ vocally sharing your feelings freely and openly. Whereas, if someone 'wears their heart on their sleeve', you can read their emotions easily through their actions, expressions or through what they say.
