This sounds like it could have been on The Long Run back in the late 70's. I'm really looking forward to supporting Timothy and BUYING the next album as streaming is killing music by not paying the artists. Pick this up people on whatever format that you prefer - cd, lp or digital download.
I now listen to so much music on RUclips in my headphones at work, that I just don't buy CDs or whatever anymore, hardly at all. What I would like to do is send a donation (payment, tip, whatever you like to call it) directly to the artist on their website, but precious few artists have that kind of thing - like a PayPal link on top with the other links. Make it easy. I am happy to drop $15 or $20 if I like and enjoy the new album online. It's only right. But only a few singers or bands bother with that. I think the time has come. I don't need any t shirt or anything. I just appreciate the music and I want to give them money for what I've enjoyed.
Tim can afford it. GOD knows how much money I have spent on Eagles & Poco CD's, LP's, Merch and Concert Tickets in the past. I have know qualm streaming an artist like Tim, some of the new struggling artists I can see your point.

Personally, I refuse to give the streaming giants any money to rent the music that I love. When I own an lp or cd, I own it and will always be able to listen to it in the future whether there is a copyright issue, money issue, problem between the service and the artist (ei-Neil Young, CSN Vs Spotify) or internet outage with no worry about censoring of songs, as it is quite possible that songs like Not Now John, Turning Japanese, Jewish Princess, Some Girls, Catholic Girls, Brown Sugar, Dreadlock Holiday, Walk On The Wild Side, etc will be banned or censored in the future. Plus, the sound quality of the vast majority of streaming is much worse than an lp or cd.
Very catchy groove right from the giddy-up. Chorus makes it a hit. Love Tim's voice, but I can totally hear this as a country number 1 with a slightly different voice. Congrats Tim!
