Been there and it's nice
Niiiiiiice traffic.
Hey Mike you must be doing the complete Miami tour. 👍
As much of it as I have time to get. Might be a while before I have a chance to come back to Florida.
It’d be interesting to know how many of these high-rise buildings in Miami are commercial buildings and how many are condos.
So in this video In Brickell most of them are office buildings in downtown Miami many of them are condos. I don't know the exact splits but I'd be willing to guess it's about 60% commercial and 40% residential.
Source? I live in this neighborhood.
Surprise you filmed Biscayne Blvd (US1) again.
Getting the people ready for GTA 6
What a empty city. And these are the "good" areas. Floridas mass exodus is happening, so...
Hahahaha this is not an empty city at all. It's actually quite full with net positive immigration. By the looks of the video it was probably shot at an off-peak time like a Monday afternoon when most people would be up in the suburbs. I wish there was more public transit infrastructure that would support more people living in the cities core but not yet.

P.S. Actually I'm fairly certain this was the Monday after the ultra festival this year
@@Williscool all his miami videos show the same damn thing. What you consider "busy" is probably "busy" by florida standards. And Miami Dade lost 80,000 people in 2022. Source? Census and Miami media.
