well technically his “girlfriend” was his wife & his wife died when megumi was a baby leaving toji heartbroken because he LOVED his wife dearly, which lead him down a dark rode to gambling & acting the way he did to megumi & leaving him to gojo because he knew gojo could take better care of megumi than he could & also so megumi wouldn’t be involved with the zenin clan & be mistreated like toji was, he did not want that for his son, so he cared in his son way, clearly not the best way but that’s the only way he knew how… sorry for the ramble btw

I'm happy for you bro, Thank you for being brave with one of the least cooperative weapons. The staff is the most important weapon to learn, followed by the saber, then the spear and the sword. Once you learn those four then you can learn pretty much anything else and have a general idea of how to use it.

    Great video, Chef, as always!
You inspired me to take my diet and training seriously while also having fun with it.
I only have one problem. I don't eat any meat, fish and mushrooms. So it's hard to get the amount of protein I need. Will it be ok to substitute chicken in these recipes with tofu or something else? Or is there a better solution for this problem? Right now I try to go heavier on eggs and nuts, but I feel like that's not good for the long run.

    • @CHEFPKR
      @CHEFPKR  7 месяцев назад +3

Eggs + egg whites are, honestly, the tip top of protein.
I'm the protein synthesis chart it is whey protein at the top, then eggs. Most studies don't show whey as it's a produced source.
So, every other protein is below the egg in absorption.
Stick to eggs, egg whites, nuts, Tofu, beans. You'll be great.

You are actually doing better than most begginers I saw, doing slow first is the right mindset and if you are just starting, you will always get corrected by a good teacher, you can't see yourself in third person so is pretty hard to nail movements by seeing someone doing them.

Sorry about that! I'll make sure to upload the meal prep video soon.
      3oz black vinegar
      2oz rice wine vinegar
      2oz soy sauce
      1 teaspoon sugar
      1 tablespoon sesame oil
      1 tablespoon vegetable oil
      Pinch of salt
Touch of water to tone it down
Put it in a blender bottle and shake it up!

Great video! But as a disclaimer, training like Toji for 7 days...Don't try that at home, let the RUclipsrs do it😅You did say you were feeling tired and exhausted quite a bit, then you were training on sore muscles, so you did indeed overtax your body which is a big no no, your body was begging for a complete rest day of lying in bed, you said nah. you were waking up very early so I hope you were going to bed early to hit that 8hr sleep minimum or that would of been another problem as well. And then you got an injury on your right abductor muscle from training for another 3 hours. For a youtube video this is great content, but don't actually train like this lol. Have that 1-2 rest days, 8hr sleep, good protein, good macros and micros, no 6 hour intense training sessions within a day to avoid over taxation of the body or else your progress and or gains will have a high chance of growing at a much slower rate. I'm sure our boy CHEFPK knows this, but the audience might not. If you could of pushed the days in this video to 9 days (include 2 rest days of just practicing for the performance) things maybe could of been even better. It was a great performance nonetheless

I'd recommended making the carbs higher~ bout' 450s-460g, and the fat lower, to around 40gs.
Instead of a 500 caloric decrease to you maintenance, I'd aim to train with a few extra sets or cardio in the am/pm to burn the extra 500 calories.
It's what prevents me from losing too much strength or feeling too tired. Plus, it's nice being able to eat normally while on the grind.
