- Eating at Owl Night Market which is a huge night market in Thailand located 25 km away from Bangkok city centre.
You can find lots of street food here and new or second hand goods which are priced quite cheap

I have never seen a LIQUID patty get grilled and then Fried!
And why is it white when cooking??? Those look like chicken 😬😬 if its beef they put pork or some kind of pink slime in it.

@@MintYoongi309 my bet is that they mixed in a bunch of eggs to get it that runny. some sort of sauce that they have to cook to get it stiff enough to make a "burger" patty.

I'm not shure why, but i am very proud of the mom, who managed to build up a business, have a baby and bring it to work!
I really have respect for that. She's working while having a small child.
Yup 100% that is the kind of stall I would patronage everyday, strong mom!!
And she's got impressive skills to add to that. Making pancakes that fast is not easy, especially when it's got some signature decorating to be done.
because hired nanny in Thailand is expensive
Thank you for your comments and thank you for your support. The reason I brought my kids to join me was because we were so attached. We are together 24 hours. We can take care of him by ourselves. and he can take care of himself Because he's cute, easy to raise, we don't trust hiring a nanny because of dangerous news. His father fell asleep due to work in the morning. After work, he came to take care of the children at night.

No matter what you think of the food, the prices are staggeringly inexpensive. I'd give everything a try, but 5 patties even are too much for me.

That one burger is almost the entire daily wage in Thailand.

@@Rin-ze2fr Probably they're just the hater I guessed, and they always put negative comments on the Thailand sections while unnecessary and many times always not true and most of them sounds like never came here before, I saw them many times and never understand them until I read on the Thailand famous community page and now I know that they're just the haters my friend because 99% of youtubers who did contents about Thailand had the same problems about these haters who always gave the wrong information to the people and it's really funny that most of these people like 99.99% of them always came from our neighbor countries around Thailand like they mentioned in the website page and it's more funny that many people found out that some of them even tried to made their profile looks like westerner, and many of them even used a scambot. It's so sad yes but it's true after I found a lot of information on internet.
I do not understand why they did these things too and didn't mean this guy is one of those people because I'm not a hacker myself so I never know exactly where you came from I say this thing because this guy just did the same thing like those people and what he said was not making sense at all like those people, maybe this guy is a real local, Who knows. Liquid patty, floss?... Let me give you the context of the market the owl market main target were teen, middle and working class (not so many tourists here due to it a bit off from BKK center)
So some of the ingredients in some stores might be adjust to reduce the cost of the food ex. Liquid burger patty - it was usually made of some beef mix with other fillers such as chicken, pork and eggs.
(but some shop also like normal to me like the crepe, the tokyo, pork braised etc)
There are some repeating questions in the comments about pork floss.
pork floss is a dried meat product that originates in China. it's created by cooking pork shoulder in soy sauce and sugar, and then shredding it until it takes on a fine texture. Eating it feel like coarse cotton candy with savory sweet flavor.

Those patties are the weirdest I have ever seen in my entire life I thought they were making some kind of pancake at first but I just know they taste absolutely amazing like literally looks like they’re to die for, I want it so badly 😭😭😭😭😭😭

This is the first time I've seen freshly cooked patties for hamburgers. Typical fast food restaurants usually make a hamburger from meat that has already been prepared. The ones in the video are probably pork mixed with egg yolk.

Yes, you're right. They tried to make it like Doreyaki but it's turned out to be very different but very unique and good taste even many Japanese people who came here are really craving to eat it again when they went back to Japan and some Japanese people tried to make it at home. Lol

I'm always amazed at these prices! When I'm thinking of how much that would probably be in the US, I'm constantly thinking "that looks like it'd be US$7-8", then it's under $1.50! Or I'm thinking "$10-15", and it's still under $4!
