Great vid! A few years ago, I prioritized working my puny side delts and non-existent rear delts and finally am getting some good 3-D shoulder appearance. The biggest surprise though, was that I also gained a lot of upper and mid back muscle by working my rear delts. My front delts were overdeveloped so I only do Liu raises for them and now they are really cut.
