Great video narrating the maneuvers! It would be great if you could do a video on how you perform Jacobson flare at KEDU where the runway is narrow (50ft). Thanks!
*Not a CFI - Generally, the benefit of using the Jacobson flare is it is runway width agnostic, focusing on the centerline stripe instead of using only runway width to judge flare height. So assuming centerlines are standard www.boldmethod.com/learn-to-fly/regulations/runway-markings-and-spacing-fly-better-patterns-to-landing-explained/, I pick the top of a stripe as my approach glideslope aimpoint - for my plane when the bottom of that white line disappears past the nose, I begin a gradual flare and ride ground effect till the mains touch down.
Cool video. Thank you.
