I still dont get why references are a thing in current times. No matter how well i did in a previous company, one person's word is all you need as evidence to my entire character/personality? Its like your fiancee asking your ex girlfriend advise on wether you should get married.
Haha exactly...Unless you are looking at a CEO / high management position, else its really unnecessary. Even if its a CEO / high management role, the recruiter would have independently sought market players' opinion without you doing it.

References does it guarantee u can work till u get the highest paid in the company or work till retirement?? 🤔 🤔 Even married does not mean u will not get divorce 😂 😂 😂. All is bullshit in the working world culture now in Singapore..Since u have tried many roles, why not joined mediacorp and tell them your experience in these organization. If not, nea, they might employed u, since u have go about these 22 organization, you roughly know what kinds of hygiene standard and protocol and sop and I think u can be nea officer if not nea ceo??? 🤔 🤔 😂 😂 Since u seen all these companies operation n sop.. 😂 😂 🤣
Well sorry to say but most Companies dont want sinkies. Too lazy, expensive to hire, lack of experience. Even if u got hired, its just to fill the gap to hire more :p
