Miss Catherine I understood from the very beginning that trying to hatch the emu eggs is a big experiment and a process with a huge learning curve. As long as Miss Brooke has emu eggs to share I'm here for the ride.

My little brother is deceased but he use to wear shorts like that in the winter. I’ve seen him go out with show on the ground bare footed to speak to a friend that pulled up in the driveway. I am a big believer in 'Practice Makes Progress'. (I never aim for perfection, I strive to do MY personal best. My only competition is with myself.) I have known people that attempted to hatch emu and ostrich eggs - all with varying degrees of success. Catherine's career as a Nurse and her detailed research amazes me. I have zero doubt re her success - it's just a matter of time. I look forward to seeing a Golden Nugget running through G&G Farm. It will definitely be worth the wait.

Don't ever think the Emu eggs were a failure, they were a bonus for the knowledge, you have learnt how to treat the eggs prior to hatching, not something you learn every day, this will prepare you for the next (fingers crossed ) batch. Turning the soil every year is so good for it and add air to ground so it won’t compact so much which allows water and air get to roots so your grass will be amazing too
