One of my favorites. A pearl among pearls. I have yet to defeat my 'greatest adversary' after a half century on this martial arts journey. This is very inspiring. Your blend of first rate choreography, humor and production values are unmatched. The whole is more than the sum of the parts, you create an experience not to be missed.

This is a very very beautiful video. It is the perfect way to show ppl that some of ur greatest battles are with urself. U have to challenge urself to become better, physically, mentally, and spiritually. U overcome obstacles everyday. But the hardest one to overcome is YOU. Sometimes u get in the way of urself becoming successful, and that’s when u have to go back to the basics. What u were first taught. And apply them. Love this video in all its entirety. And I really needed this. I’m a senior in high school and I’m actually about to go to school but watched this video before I leave and it actually made my day. I love it and I’ll definitely be saving this one and sharing it with friends and spreading the lesson u have thought ya with this amazing video... love the martial club. U guys are awesome. Taiji, aikido, hwarangdo( ancient Korean martial arts of the Royal Family) kigumdo( Korean Sword fighting) martial artist quote. “ Without balance of Soft and hard martial arts. It is a flow between Yin And Yang . Taiji is a soft flow while Kungfu taekwondo, is like rushing water always spiraling and turbulence. Qigong is energy against your opponents and redirecting it against them

Wow! The moves men, it has its own unique humor in each move. Just like me i watch to many chinese kung fu movies and i enjoy your videos.
