Helpful tip that I learned is that Ascension Ropes are absolutely overpowered, since it will always take you back to the same jungle spawn and you can take the route from there to the Nucleus. This saved me a lot of time from trying to figure out where the next structure/nucleus is for the next commission if you're in too deep. Especially if navigating CH is confusing to you.
If you can't afford it/have no rope, then your best bet is to just go up to mob and die. It's the same affect, dying always takes you back to the same place. Though, it's less efficient and make sure you don't lose coins lmao. Because of this, back then, I would get really happy when I find an Automaton to obliterate my weak ass because of it.
Admittedly, it's late and I have not watched the full video *yet* so this was probably mentioned. But on the offset chance it was not, hope this helped 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

That’s a lot of information and I loved it. I just had some problems understanding some ideas, because I haven’t went to the crystal nucleus at the time. And getting so much oddly specific information was really something. I suggest to release another shorter video, practical for it. Such as idk, summarizing all the details in the video, like get 25 goblins if you are close to a raid, only do gourmand if so and so. Or do this if u don’t have scroll tips like that.
30 minutes long? I can watch this during my mining session.

I think this is the only video that i saw that actually explains everything that people need. Only thing i would mention is that you should’ve said that crystal commisions aren’t really worth doing if the only thing you want is hotm exp. But except this little thing i agree with everything you said and i really like video.
i did say that! i said not to do any commissions in the second or fourth slot (crystal hunter and corl commissions) and mentioned them specifically

New thing, with the Rift update a Polarvoid Book can allow you to mine Topaz with a Ruby TX-15, greatly reducing the cost to mine topaz

I find that repeatedly server hopping until you're in the right biome and using the emissary in the dwarven mines is far more efficient than going to the nucleus every time. If you exit the crystal hollows through the minecart instead of /warp (whatever) you spawn right in front of the emissary at the entrance of the crystal hollows.
hm, interesting. only works if you're not setting up lobbies though. setting up lobbies can be far better
it depends a ton, if you get gemstone comm, you can easily just go to the biome and get back to the nucleus quick
You dont need 3 diffrent ore types to get to dwarven just get 30 e lapis and the mining 12 via sand and then give him 10 e lapis go new lobby and repeat. this is very helpful for bingo and also makes early ironman easier and for normal its cheaper if they want to save as many coins as possible.

If you really need to, you can get 30 of the same enchanted ore and just switch lobbies between giving it to the npc and u can get in the mines

Actually there was a big gap in hotm tree between powder grinding tree and gemstone mining tree(fortune + speed) which made powder grinding a lot more boring, but thanks to your armadillo mining strategy, the gap has been almost removed because it means powder grinders can also make quite enough money by only leveling up their mining fortune perks. Before that, to mine gemstones, we needed to also max out mining speed perks but now we can make money even if we are in the powder grinder step. Yeah, I know it's not that efficient but I think it's a huge change.
...what? you're saying the tree i talked about at the end of the video was wrong? i mean yeah, it's the most rudimentary thing i could say, i didn't want to delve deep into powder whatsoever
@@Implodent no I used hotm tree you are talking about in the video but I felt reeeeaaaallly boring grinding powders and needed money also, so using the first reset, I could setup the tree for powder grinding + armadillo mining and you know, we have an infinite hotm reset system. no need to worry

Am i supposed to be levelling up things like mining speed in my hotm while doing the commissions in the crystal hollows? if so, how am i supposed to be getting the mithril powder for the upgrades, as all the crystal hollows commissions give gemstone powder.
my armadillo pet doesn't let me ride when I ride click. I have tried with my 522 in hand and with an open hand. no luck. I have waited a minute to see if maybe there was a cooldown between when you summon the pet and when you ride it but still nothing. any suggestions

soopy addons has a sync ch waypoint feature, if another soopy user found one of the structures already, it will be displayed for every other soopy users

what kind of set up do you reccomend for grinding im already hotm 5 want to do gemstone mining in the future but don't know what to use or buy. I sold my previous set up

12:58 considering it can give you 1-6% of the total amount of mithril powder you have each day and possibly as much or more than you get from puzzler + commisions each day id asy its for sure worth going for.
but it's not worth putting powder in to, you'll need that for breaking stuff faster
I have another question which you probably wont know the exact answer for but: I recently hit hotm 6 and bought gemstone gauntlet and divan and at this point because APPARENTLY powder buff is bugged i should do around maybe 30-50k hotm exp a day and after that powder grind for the rest of my day. Ill hit hotm 7 decently fast and by that point i will probably already have a bit of powder. Also do you think it would be a good idea to do something similar to what 15h and yarns did on their new profile which is: Got hotm 7 and 4m gemstone and 2.4m mithril and bought all of the max fortune perks and started dillo mining because you dont need speed for it
15h progression is good progression as long as you stick to arma until you have good powder.

Is 4M/4M powder the minimum for gemstone mining? Also how many chambers and which gemstones should i have in my divan armor when i first buy it ( if i sold some things id have around 400m i think)
idfk dude i don't have this stuff memorized. 4m/4m is not the minimum, but it is certainly what i would recommend

little error at around 3:15, 2,176 Mining Fortune is x22.76 on average (0 Mining Fortune is normal so x1, 100 Mining Fortune is double drops all the time so x2)

the goblin raid into is incorrect. Superprotectorns grant 10 kills on death to all players who hit them, not a kill per hit. More rewards are granted if a player gets over 25 goblin kills during the event rather than no bonus. Otherwise correct however.
