This phone is all long battery life and great for usage endurance I hear. But the screen quality, the oled panel I dig on my op7 pro
The biggest annoyance for me is the lack of vibration / haptic adjustment. Even with it on I can barely tell it vibrates. And the only adjustment is you either have it on or off. At least on the unlocked version I got from Oneplus. I am hoping they eventually patch in an update to that.
I have this phone and it's such a good phone for most people. Like the specs on it are great and someone who has used the iPhone 14 Pro Max and tons of other flagship devices, this doesn't feel bad to use at all. Only place I struggle with owning it is the camera. it's so inconsistent and requires me to do a lot of editing to get a usable, postable photo but other than that this thing is awesome.
Yep the biggest con is the using the same 695 processor as last year. I know that the pixel six is around the same price but if you’re into watching media on your phone and not having your phone be a the camera, I think the one plus is a better deal.
This is exactly what I wanted to see/hear. It's currently $150 at Best buy. For a basic email/text/RUclips user, seems like a perfect phone for super cheap.

@@matthewmcabee7328 it's 2023 OLED screens don't burn in, it's a mature technology. I've owned over 20 different smartphones with OLEDs over the past 4 years and not once did I have burn in. Even have OLED LG TV and not once did I get it.

Yeah I'm okay with them reusing the same chipset but they should at least lower the MSRP or offer some noticeable features elsewhere to make up for the difference. Is that chipset cost a lot less to buy in both now than it did a year ago. All of that said, the difference in processing power is only going to be noticeable to a very small percentage of people but I just think the point is from a profit margin perspective, if they're going to use the same chipset then there should be a break on the MSRP

You know it is hard to recommend any of these phones. ( Moto - OnePlus N30) with the Pixel 6a still around. As someone who had a Pixel 6a, I will say my experience was not as great as it should be on paper. Some of my issues were: • Tensor Processor got extremely hot when doing anything even remotely demanding. Just having RUclips and chrome open would make it heat up. • Battery life was atrocious with it barely having 6 hrs or SOT. The slow AF charging speed doesn't help either. • Screen is a bit small though the quality itself was actually really good. • Despite having stock Android, it still ran into glitches and hiccups when using some apps. • 128GB of storage with no option for expandability is a bit annoying. That being said, for anyone who cares about the camera above all else, the Pixel 6a is the obvious choice. For anyone else, this sounds like a great deal. The A54 is also a good option for $100 more that is an upgrade on almost everything and the camera comes close to the Pixel quality.
