Thank you for going through that line of products and explaining what each ones does.
+Shelley G. Your welcome!
I love all of your videos!
+yaoming yen thanks so much!
Your explorations into new products and approaches give me the confidence to try my own ....plus you are great in not professing to know all the answers. Am looking for forward to all your work..
+John Aitken yeah all of what I said are manufactures claims. I'll have to see for myself if it will work for me. But while the bottles were all clean and complete I thought I'd show all of them.
hey thanks for sharing friend have a great fathers day brother man.
also where did you get the pumps at?
+Tank Addiction I got them from my aquarium box. They sell them on their web page too.
Can't wait to see the results, I wasn't able to get my planted tank to balance until I started using sea chems liquid ferts
I use Envy and my plants are growing really fast.
+ncrvr666 cool I will do that one for sure.
Your video and audio quality is great. What camera do you use?
Cannon 70d and rode pro mic. The audio is the hardest to dial in. Especially with aquarium noise all in the room.
Hey pecktec, I really like the idea of a t-shirt for your channel! It would help us pecktecers identify each other! Maybe something along the lines of your steam punk fish. You reach a special group of fish keepers. The [ Goldilocks group],not too big, not too small, just the right amount of aquariums ! And you always make your videos fun! Thanks again for your videos!
Wow. How is the results.
I love my aquariums, but I don't want to make them anymore work than they need to be. I think I'll stick to low light easy to grow plants and skip the supplements. Still, looking forward to seeing your results.
+Lelani Dixon yeah that works too it's mostly what I've done.
Two years later? Is there an expiration date on any of the bottles? Might not be any good two years later.
I guess those bottles have around 3 to 5 shelf life years, mostly due to the plastic bottles (and not the chemicals inside them). But I'd check the date before adding them too, anyways, most of those bottles won't get "foul", they'll just loose the hability of the product and loose part of the strenght but I guess you could still use them after the expiration date
+Michael Agostino they are fine these are made to last several years.
If I didn't know better I'd guess you were promoting expensive shampoo;)
+Ghee calliou lol vedal pecksone
I think if you've got fish in your tank and you feed them from time to time you REALLY don't want to put phosphates in your tank unless your aquascape is algae-based. Seriously, phosphates are everywhere and you don't need/want much in your tank. Also, decomposing plants add phosphates. A word on iron, though. Although it is very important for healthy plants I would be super careful with it. There is evidence that iron promotes growth of black beard algae. I personally had a BBA bloom in a heavily planted tank (1.5 years old, so well cycled) after I put the recommended dosage of iron in it.
+Stephan Rempel humm thanks for sharing your experience I'll keep that in mind.
