You know what would be nuts?? A freaking collab vid with another agent like one of my favs (Enes) if you know him, but like if you guys stayed in the house for a couple of days and actually do the stuff you mention you could do haha It might not sound as great as I'm picturing it though.

I live in Chicago, and love seeing these tours, and getting an inside peek into these homes. Please do some in Edgewater! Andrei, I'd like to suggest using other words than "cool." Saying "cool" all the time keeps your descriptions very surface level and I'd love to know more about how it feels to be in the space, rather than just the looks. Words like "original, intriguing, thoughtful, smart, breathtaking, exciting, contemplative," etc. can give more character to what you're describing. Best of luck, looking forward to future videos.
Kiam, appreciate the comment and the feedback! Always looking to improve and level up so thank you. I agree, how a space makes you feel is everything. Ultimately, a home is a feeling. I know Edgewater well. The area bas some cool historic homes and once in a while, you come across an ultra-modern home. Will try to tour something cool in Edgewater!
Awesome video as always. (4:33) I would cut the fireplace in half and place a long beam above it to block the heat and then above that place the tv. Tv's should be at or just above eye level of guest sitting on couch. Andrei, keep up the great work.
Hello, I am a new subscriber, I love how you show the houses, I hope you continue to grow on your channel, Greetings from Mexico City. I send you a hug. 🇲🇽😎
New subscriber from Australia. Really loving your reviews. They give me idea's for my own place where I live. Having recently gutted and upgraded both my kitchen and bathroom. Keep the videos coming. Kind regards Rikki
@@0Jsays Gotcha. Yeah, so many great residential streets in Lincoln Park! Sheffield is generally busier but lots of stop signs in this area so it's surprisingly quiet. About multi-family concerns next door, make them build a single family! :)
Не умеете снимать на камеру, нет общих ракурсов, как заходишь в помещение, нужно снять общий фон от края до края, чтоб представить какой объем помещения, только потом приступить к мелким деталям. Это очень раздражает, что вы так снимаете!
chicago is underrated
Amen!
I hope you guys enjoy this week's video! What do you think of this swanky brownstone?

Chicago houses are so small on the outside but huge in the inside, everywhere
True!
So true. In the South Shore neighborhood, my brother's friend has a house and looks so small from the outside but when you walk-in it's huge.
I love the soaking tub. Such a perfect home.

Well, if I ever win a lottery and decided to move to New York and Chicago, I'd know to call Serhan and Savtchenko😊
Haha...you better! 😊
(Thanks buddy)
It really is remarkable such architecture stands there now.
It’s crazy that it’s been there for over 100 years.

Appreciate the love! Would love to see what you did with both. What vibe and design aesthetic?
Wow! ❤️❤️❤️
My reaction exactly when I first saw it in person 😊
Superb.
Thanks, Muneeb!
It looks like a perfect home...for another street.
Yep, great home. What street would you rather see it on?
@@andreisavtchenko the one that doesn't have the large multi-unit right next door. The out and inside of the home says Lincoln Park to me.
