I enjoyed your peels today! I like to make my Citron for Christmas Stolen. Homemade tastes so much better !! I had a thought as you were pouring out the liquid. There has to be a fair amount of orange OIL pure OILin there! I've never thought of trying this, but I will. Pour the water liquid into freezeable container and freeze. I wonder how soft or hard the oil will be to skim, and how much oil I'll gather. Thank you ! Fun and yummy video

Taking off the white part of the orange peel looks like too much work for me but good for you for sticking with it!
