To be accurate it also needs one coin light to be burnt out, and the other to be flickering. Also one of the coin return buttons needs to be permanently halfway in.

Cool mini-arcade. I started buying pinball machines many years ago. I played the hell out of each game for about a month after purchase. Then my playtime tapered off to a trickle. When I got up to six machines my game "room" was full and I hardly played with them except when friends dropped by. I enjoyed working on them more than playing them actually. I eventually sold them for a very nice profit and now I collect PC games on Steam and GOG. They take up a lot less room but aren't nearly as much fun to work on. Congrats on 1M dude. That's huge!

That was a great video. I remember when the Tempest machines were in the local arcade. I wasn't good at it but it was fun to watch other people play it successfully. The one you bought there is just awesome and it's great to see a min-Tempest be made and in that size. It would be great to make a mini arcade in a house. When the games are not in use, set them in a mini-arcade room that would resemble the real thing. Just need some properly scaled mannequins to look like they're playing, ok, maybe that's too much.

I bought one and it is awesome for any Tempest fan from back in the day. Great to have one of my favorite arcade games at home without having to buy a full sized arcade machine and the headaches that go with maintaining it. As you said in the review, the only problem is the spinner knob is not a free flowing spinner like the one in the arcade. It has click points so you have to work a little more to get from one side of the grid to the other which can be a pain at the faster higher levels. Overall, well worth the price ~$120.

Well that tears it... I foresee having my own very tiny arcade in the near future. Just to make me feel like when I was a boy in the 80s waking into an arcade with all the machines in attract mode. You rarely get that many overlapping retro-digital sounds in one place these days. I think my favorite attract mode was Gorf. And the pinball machine, Gorgar. :>

Love these! Im amazed from how spotless you keep everything. I had a donkey kong one but the batteries leaked and destroyed everything

You mean you had a donkey Kong one from the 1980s made by coleco. These are a little different these are made recently by replicate in their a lot better than the ones that came out in the 80s. Just a little different
