Mine too! I love it..I had always ordered Chinese takeout and always get hot and sour soup...but oh my goodness...after making it fresh at home I will not be ordering anymore...there is no comparison 🙃 I couldn't believe how different the soup was...It never crossed my mind that I could make it homemade until I found Marion's channel...she is such an amazing cook..her dishes are beautiful and delicious I'm sure of it 😋 she's also very good at explaining the dish..the ingredients and teaches step by step recipes...I just love her funny personality too...awesome channel for sure! Have an amazing weekend! xo hydie ❤

As a Singaporean Malay, that Singapore Noodles can't be found anywhere in hawkers or restaurants because that dish is usually cooked at home especially during birthdays or family gatherings. We call it fried bee hoon here. 😁

Apologies, Marion, when I saw you flip the egg omelette over at 14:13, I thought that you burnt it slightly. Still, as you described the smoky element for the Singapore Noodle dish, I completely understood now. I've only just discovered your channel, and it's really great to see so many Thai dishes as I would like to learn more about Thai cooking and, in general, South East Asian cooking.
Could you use sesame oil instead of regular oil to make the dish more authentically South East Asian in taste and smell?

Marion, when you do your frying in these kind of dishes like the Asian greens, what sort of oil do you use? Not sure if it's Rice bran, seasame, olive oil...
