Inside Carlos Yulo's new P32-M condo unit

- Gymnastics champion Carlos Yulo on Wednesday (August 14) was given a tour inside the 3-bedroom condominium unit that was awarded to him by property developer Megaworld for his historic feat in the Paris Olympics.
The entrance corridor of the P32-million, fully furnished unit is lined with framed prints of newspaper front pages featuring his Olympic achievement.
Photos of Yulo are also displayed in different parts of the unit. A notable furnishing is a coffee table designed to resemble an Olympic gold medal, which surprised Yulo.
At one point, Yulo was heard saying, "I'm gonna cry."
The residential unit, located in a 50-hectare township on McKinley Hill in Taguig City, also comes with a parking lot. Megaworld had initially offered Yulo a P24-million unit after he won his first gold, but upgraded the gift when he scored his second.

Regarding these condos, These are private entities and they will shower all the love for the champions. Need din nila mag ROI and bronze/silver will just not cut it.

Congratulations Caloy! Your condo looks nice, but does not look like it's worth 32 million pesos :(. The gold-colored furnishings, even the golden-topped small table will not add up to 32 million. Make kulit sa MegaWorld for a much wider living room area! The dining area/table is too close to the living area; parang tinipid yung espacio :(! Perhaps the MegaWorld people can exchange your unit with one with a great view naman, not just the fantastic view of your neighbors' balconies opposite yours :(! And the accessories in the bedrooms are just "standard", not gorgeous enough for a 32 million worth condo :(.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy your millions -- and do remind MegaWorld about upgrading your furnishings ;)!
