Don't cut your self short. I, believe your one of the best lock pickers on RUclips. Some of these others have actually been caught faking videos. Great job as always 😀. My cousin is a licensed locksmith and he watches your videos often. Thanks again for sharing your videos 😀
A very good all round vid on a tricky lock. Sometimes it's that little bit of information That give us a big help. A nice lock that was beaten by passing on valuable information So that the rest of us can understand and enjoy how to overcome it. No pin in pin lock is easy and with the pins in that lock most certainly not. Well done Daz, for me a most enjoyable vid, billbo.
This was definitely one of those locks that watching the awesome BosnianBill really helped to get this one. I think the biggest problem i had was the mushroom pins & to heavy tension. I was pleased to get the job done. Have a great week Billbo. 😎👍
Thats the thing, when a lock gives so little feedback they are tough to pick, i think the problem i have with this was the mushroom key pins. I was over setting then. Got there in the end.😊👍 Have a great week Jon.👍
Great job on the picking of the Mul-T-Lock padlock. Totally agree it's good to watch Bill and other superb pickers, that's why we'r SK watch you Daz 😉. Interesting bible in that lock. Pin in pin is difficult to pick and sometimes when you watch people pick then you just know it's fluke they got it open. Not so with you Daz, skill all the way buddy.
Thanks Roy. These locks are pretty tricky to pick especially when they are packed full of security pins. Watch Bill’s video on this lock was real help. Im not sure why Mul-t-lock have a two part core. I now know they are a total nightmare to put back together 😩 Won’t be doing that again in a hurry 😂 Have a great week mate.
Very nice pick Daz! I watched BB's video on the same one you sent him. So, out of curiosity, would it be easier dealing with high/lows on a dimple core because you are coming in from the side instead of underneath typical pin tumblers? I haven't played with any dimple or DD locks yet. Cheers! Ed
@dazevers Some Mul T locks, set with predictable clicks and falseys. Other’s are dead, like the E11, which has been in my naughty bucket since I supplied Daz with his first 301 high yield blanks, back in 2013. It won’t set any pins, no clicks, no false sets, totally alien, compared with most other Mlt’s I’ve picked. Super frustrating, literally drives me mad, probably 1000 hrs minimum, not ever even got it into a falsey, let alone a clunk set. Tried everything, different picks, high lifts, zero lifts, using open side access, still zero. Don’t know what to do,apart from cutting it in half, or dissolving it in acid.
Great that it helped the eviction👍Nicely picked Daz. I have only one mtl pip, a normal euro cylinder. I get clear feedback but have to manually counter rotate to help the pins move out of spool positions (I use multiple tensioners for easy core control). Do you have the same experience? The padlock probably counter rotates just from the core spring of course, but I'm sure you picked euros too. Great video as usual Daz 👌
Hi Daz, couple of questions for you. What brand of dimple picks are you using there? Having never done a pin in pin lock, do you know if the inner pins always set lower than the outer pins or can they be set higher inside the outers? Cheers for the helpful vid.
Hi 2 very good question my friend. The dimple picks are from Multipick they are expensive but will worth the cost, Highly recommend. The inner pins have 5 different sizes & the outer pins have 4 different sizes. So in theory you can have two very Extreme pins together. The most challenging combination would be a very high set inner pin & a very low set outer pin. In my video on the Mul-t-lock mt5 i had that combination & needed a heavily modified pick to set the inner pin. Have a great week & thank you for commenting 😎👍
@@dazevers thanks for taking the time to reply, I’ve not been locksporting long so am some way off from pin in pin I think (still struggling with my eBay euro cylinders!). Good to get an understanding of how challenging they can be though. Cheers.
Great picking on that tricky lock Daz. Pins were worth a look for sure
Thanks for sharing that👍
Thanks mate. BosnianBill’s video really helped. Those mushroom pins are really tricky to set.
Have a great week. 😎👍
Wow. Awesome picking. And a very neat and tidy gutting. 🧡

Outstanding lock and your skills show again. Great job Daz.
Thanks mate, these locks i found to be really tricky. Watch BosnianBill pick one really helped get this one open. Have a great weekend Albert
Excellent job popping this one open. Was surprised at the gutting of this lock. You are truly taking everything apart. Thanks for sharing buddy!
Thanks Jim. These locks are as tricky to take apart as they are to pick. But a complete nightmare to put back to getting 😩
Have a great week 👍
Superb tutorial on how to pick these lovely, frustrating locks.
Thanks mate, these locks really are frustrating for sure. Very rewarding when they pop open. This one was quite the challenge. 👍
Excellent demonstration and picking! That has some nasty pinning, lol. You gotta give it up for Mul-T-Lock!
Absolutely my friend, this was a really tricky lock to pick. Have a great week mate. 😎👍

outstanding picking as always and always good to see what's inside, hope you have a good week
Thanks mate, this one definitely have an interesting combination of security pins in. Have a great week. 😎👍
The classic mul t locks are the hardest to pick because the feed back is so little. That my experience anyways. Lol. Nicely done mate.
Thats the thing, when a lock gives so little feedback they are tough to pick, i think the problem i have with this was the mushroom key pins. I was over setting then. Got there in the end.😊👍

Very nice pick Daz, Good job my friend 👍👌
Thanks mate, Have a great week. 😎👍
Great job Daz mate I've got one of these myself fun locks have a great weekend🇬🇧😎🤟😊👍
Thanks mate. Have a great week. 😎👍
So impressive that you can track the state of each pin like that - great job Daz 🙌
Thanks Fish, this one was a tricky one to pick. But a great example of how much we can learn from BosnianBill’s video’s
Have a great week.
Bloody brilliant mate 👏👌
Thanks mate. These are awesome locks to pick. Have a great week. 😎👍

Hey mate, you are a natural. Great job my friend. You seemed to do it with ease but it's a mad lock, well done!👍🍺🤓🇦🇺
Thanks mate. This is an awesome padlock that im really pleased to have picked open. Have a great week.
Bugger I’ve just picked up two of those if they were in your naughty bucket 🪣 not a lot of hope for me 😂😂 great picking mate 👍🏻
They are fantastic padlocks mate. Im sure you’ll get them open. Especially with really light tension.😎👍
Have a great week.
Impressive mate ! The local authority i work for use these padlocks (& euro"s) nice one mate :)
They are really good padlocks & pretty tricky to pick open, I definitely had a couple of failed attempts at this one. Have a great week my friend. 😎👍
Great picking!
Thanks mate. Have a great week. 😎👍
Great pick Daz, I’ve just got one of those without a key, going to give it a crack this week🔓
Thanks 👍👍👍👍👍🇬🇧
They are fantastic locks, especially when they are packed full of security pins. 😎👍
Have a great week.
I hope you have better tools than I do. I like Sparrows but their Black Flag picks are just not great. Either way, I hope you have success my friend.

Hello 👋
One question to you.
That meant that lock 🔐 class C ??? I'm understand Mul-T-Lock.
Pls hlp. 😊
Hi there, how strong is the locking mechanism at keeping the shackle in place? I see there's no ball bearings. Cheers, thanks
They are pretty good all round padlocks to be fair. Not as tough as the Abus Granit’s but good enough for most Applications. 😎👍
