Hi, you don’t have to remove the audio straps at all. It pops right over the arms of the audio straps and right back off when you need to take them off. I show a quick example in the video at time stamp 2:59.

looks comfy.. but my main issue with most of these is that they are too high up on my head feels like it will fall off if you tilt forward.
I haven’t had it slip off, but you can turn the knob to make it tighter.
because of the way the Vision Pro straps look that’s just not a permanent solution for me.
I need a strap that lets me lean back and rest my head. That would be horribly uncomfortable. Hard pass.
If your not laying completely flat, it’s workable. I lay with this head strap on every night before bed during meditation on my Apple Vision Pro.
Rotating the rear part up and then connect the original Solo band, works like a charm lying in bed
