Hi both, my partner has combat ptsd and adhd. He’s got 6 medals and a war pension from the government, which they tax!!!!, he has got to fight Capita every 3 years or so. He now when he has his assessments just says let’s just go to court, don’t give in to them just fight through as he says🙏👍🏴
Good advice, I totally agree with him. Im having my own fight with the DWP at the moment myself and I will not stop until I get back what's mine. I'm not one to back down and certainly not from them 👍👐👐☺️

I love how people trumpet about freedom of speech, open platform blah blah blah which they think gives them the right to say what they want without responsibility or consequence. Communication is a two way street, others on the receiving end also have a right not to be exposed to vitriol.
When they scream "freedom of speech" they actually mean "freedom to Bully". It's the same people who openly advocate bullying behaviour, such as fat shaming. And like any bully, when you say no they start crying.

I am not being rude or cold in saying this but when anyone makes a podcast nowadays there will always be haters who target them and given the subject material you cover then you will have more at times that others. You have to just make vids and talk about what you do and not focus on haters and trolls because by making this video and saying whats happening its only going to feed the haters and in turn you will get more abuse that usual and they wont stop regardless. Mods can block comments on livestreams and in turn you should just focus on the stories your reporting on or doing interviews or call ins with people sharing experiences etc etc

Anyway mate ….. guess what u got not so long ago! A text message from the DWP saying “Your PIP review is complete. You should receive your decision letter in 2 weeks. Once you receive your letter, contact us if you have any questions. Do not call before you get the letter as we will not be able to tell you the decision. Please remember to contact us if your circumstances change” Now I put this review in less then a month ago! They didn’t call me for a review - I had to call them and tell them my condition have worsened and I was sent out a 28 page form Approx Am surprised they haven’t asked me in for an assessment ! I am wondering now is this good news for me or bad news
