Baljit Singh virji can I just start by saying how much I appreciate your videos and how you make such applicable content my family are hooked! ..in relation to my comment The process of self-discovery and spiritual growth is based on the premise that you are the key to your own soul evolution, your heart, wisdom and logic hide the secrets to your own growth and these essential self-discovery methods can’t be accomplished without the embrace of the ego of the self.
When you are channeling ego to develop a stronger sense of self, it’s quite empowering. It gives you the state of mind to attempt more bold, daring and adventurous things and gives you greater confidence that you can achieve them.
But when your ego is driving you to achieve things in ways in which you become totally oblivious to the good of others or actually exploiting others to achieve your goals ..that’s the negative ego ... I’d be interested to see what your views on my opinion

@@simeronkaur5881 the thing you describe is confidence and chardi kala, not ego.
confidence is required, even to stand with sikhi. confidence is i am equal and deserve respect like others.
ego however is negative, the sense of superiority over others.
