I met Richard and paul both during the mutter world tour. They were out walking around the theater when we were waiting and both of them were incredibly nice. Paul was very quiet but Richard was an absolute sweat heart.. after getting his autograph he gave me a hug. (i was one of the youngest people at the concert not even in high school yet)

Richard and Paul Landers have come up with some of the best and most aggressive riffs in the world especially using the RAMMFIRE rig, I’m hoping to hear a lot more great riffs on the ZEIT album.
5 Months Later (Update)- This album has some fantastic riffs especially on “Angst”, “Zick Zack”, “OK” and “Adieu” (Which actually is played in the video at 3: 56) 🤘🏻🤘🏻

You can patent only the methods of manufacturing, not a robot for mic itself. And there are endless number of ways to build this robot. If he has some really great technology that moves the mic, and alternative technologies are worse, than it's worth to patent it, otherwise other manufacturers can use their own technologies in order not to buy a license. Just my thoughts)

I went to the Rammstein concert on 5/4/12, by LUCK one of the crew members were looking for people for the after party. I got to be one of those people. It was so AWESOME!! I was literally 5 feet from Richard at all times! He is such a cool dude!!

I've watched this interview so often because I always tried to recreate the typical Rammstein Signature Guitar Wall sound just with software. Guitar Rig is a freaking masterpiece. I'm overwhelmed by the output and it is so so so much fun to play Rammstein songs.

I toured Germany twice back in the day and discovered and fell in love with this band while there, picked up some of their albums. Looking forward to seeing them live sometimes. And so cool; I never knew he spoke English so well!

I remember when I first heard/saw them live, I was really mind blown... I don't know how I was feeling but I loved it. I was very young, I mean VERY young (6 years old) my mom and uncle took me there because they all love KISS and Rammstein was an invited artist to open the show for them for the Psycho Circus tour. They sat me down because maybe that was too hardcore for me 😂 but I kept watching and didn't care. Been loving them eversince and saw them live again some years ago. It's so amazing that this genius here explains how he created things and I think it's awesome to be able to enjoy this ❤️

YES- it is hypothetically POSSIBLE. In 1992, John Petrucci was in Dream Theater making 'Images and Words' using a MESA BOOGIE TRIAXIS 2/90 AMPLIFIER HEAD!!!

Motion controlling mics from the desk like a joystick, that's kind of a really cool innovative idea actually in terms of recording gear management. If you have precise presets to capture your amp, that saves you a lot of time trying to re-position those mics manually.
Seen them live in Pittsburgh during the Mutter tour before I even heard the album. Best concert ever! Rich's English is very good.

He was actually depressed when they were on their first US tour because he couldn't speak english at all. The didn't learn it in the DDR schools. Pretty impressive how far he has come

Richard was the guitarist who got me into playing guitar. I never emulated his tone because it always felt too trebley for me. But his slow, groove type playing became mixed with Dimebag Darrell's tone and Buckethead's skill and lead play. Those are my three idols.

Holy crap Richard speaks english incredibly well. He sounds like english is his native language. He has no german accent. I'm blown away.
Id disagree, his German accent is quite apparent.
It's a slight accent, noticeable though. Carrying a conversation with him would be a breeze, unlike many people I speak to on a daily basis where English is their 2nd language.

when rammstein startet.he had no idea about the english language.and listen to him now.
The rammfire amp model is one of the best tones I've ever seen...it's better than amplitube, and it's better than line6's pod farm 2. Mad props to NI and RZK for producing this awesomeness.
