Is only around your neck or do you feel cool air coming into your nostrils and mouth?? Also, can you adjust it top sit a little more open so that the cooling doesnt just hit your jawline?
You really feel it alongside your neck and ears. Not so much in the mouth and nostrils since the device doesn’t extend to those areas. Yes, it’s very adjustable.
I bought this product after watching misleading video's like this. It only cools your neck and not even ice cold as described. I paid £180 for a useless product. I had to return it and get my money back.

How’s your room temperature with no air conditioner? And if you use it in your room temperature with cold mode, is it blow cold air with cold plate or just cold plate and room temperature air blow?
My house is consistently at around 75 degrees. In cooling mode it will low cold air with cold plate too.
