    Beside the crane capability, the most important factor during the lifting is the foundation ground or strengthened based concrete. I have never seen the crane structure was damaged because of its material during lifting. Most the accident was because of the base ground which is not strong enough to hold the crane and ita load.

    Every weld needs to be flawless.

    • @4Gehe2
      @4Gehe2 4 года назад +14

      Well... Not really. Every weld needs to meet it's specification... There isn't a "flawless weld" there are only welds that meet the specifications. Because when you look closely enough you will always find something, this is why we have standards that define how much of something there can be. Designed by engineers who know their shit.

    What An " AWESOME " Crawler Crane !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Belugamori
    @Belugamori 6 лет назад

    Ich hab mal eine Frage an die Kranexperten: wird die Hebekraft von der Seilwinde (Sorry ich kenn die Fachbegriffe nicht), also von der Trommel auf der das Hubseil aufgewickelt ist, erzeugt ? Wenn ja, wie wird dieses extreme Drehmoment erzeugt? Warum wird das Hubseil nicht gequetscht? Ich weiss, das mögen vielleicht dilettantische Fragen sein, aber mich hat das schon immer interessiert.

    • @j.l9347
      @j.l9347 5 лет назад

      In der Trommel läuft das Seil in einer Rinne, ähnlich einem Gewinde,die ganz genau die Rundung des Seils hat.Ausserdem ist das Seil in seinem Aufbau schichtweise links und rechts gewickelt um die runde Form zu behalten.
      Hab mir von einem Zulieferer von Liebherr sagen lassen das Bolzen,die früher einen Durchmesser von 20 mm hatten, heute nur noch die Hälfte haben und trotzdem das gleiche halten, weil das Material sich verbessert hat

    • @alfredofettuccine2397
      @alfredofettuccine2397 3 года назад

      Well then there’s the 30 pulleys that divide the amount of force needed to lift the load by 60. And sometimes horsepower isn’t a great way to measure the overall strength, because the drums don’t spin that fast
