This is probably how it goes with preparation but it is pretty universally agreed that Spider-Man has the easier time of the two. Arkham Batman can't react to Elctro very well either, he just isn't as fast and Electro can shut down almost all his gadgets (not all of them but a lot).

Kraven’s a very skilled combatant and outclasses Batman in pretty much all physical categories, I feel he’d be able to take most of Bruce’s attacks without getting crippled.

I also think Batman is just a better martial artist than Kraven is, plus Batman's main skill is stealth so Batman would be able to get the jump on Kraven. It's only with Venom that Batman would probably have the most trouble if not lose outright. If Batman knows about the symbiote's weakness to sound he'd probably have a gadget or use the Batmobile to amplify sound. It'd be difficult, but maybe he'd win.
