    Question: Does squeezing the greens remove the vitamins and minerals from it? I ask because minerals and vitamins are inside the vegetables. When food is being chewed is when the vitamins are being released.

    • @waterlootiti7771
      @waterlootiti7771  Год назад +1

      No squeezing it does not remove all of the vitamins but it rather reduces some of the vitamins in it
