Hey! There's something called 'lead lace' and it's sewn at the bottom of curtains to weigh them down so they hang nicely. You can also sew such a lead lace into your dress or skirt at the bottom in or on the hem, completely or partially, so that the hem will no longer blow up at the slightest wind, byebye Marilyn Monroe-happening HAHA!
