He then defeated Mysterio defending the title and carried Smackdown practically alone, his segments and promos were entertaining and he competed and won in many other non title matches against the likes of Big Show (who was forced to quit wwe for a time period because of the loss) and the dudley boyz. He also came out victorious from the blood battle against JBL at Judgement Day keeping the title and beating JBL up even after the match, despite technically losing for DQ and then he eventually lost the title at the Great American Bash in a very controversial way since after dominating most of the match and making JBL bleed again since the match was a Texas bullrope Kurt Angle subverted the referee decision that Eddie had won claiming JBL had touched the 4th corner before Guerrero and because of the stipulation the victory of the match and title had to go to Bradshaw.
There will never be another Eddie Guerrero. His rise to the top was so inspiring to see. Coming back from fighting his demons to winning the WWE Title was amazing. His feud with JBL was great. JBL did say on WWE Backstage that if anyone helped him them most in getting to the top it was Eddie Guerrero. If Eddie was still with us I would've preferred him to induct JBL in the HOF.

I've been waiting for so long for this video and its finally here. I'm 15 years old so technically I didn't get to experience Eddie's prime, but when I watched his matches and his old promos I've realized that Eddie's one of the best in ring workers of all time. I've seen documentaries about him and it shows how determined of a wrestler he is and a wonderful person he is. He now marks as one of my favorites and his legacy will still live on forever. R.I.P Latino Heat.

I don’t recall you ever mentioning your age much but when you refer to a few years and you bring up grades I assume that this event took place during middle school for you, same as me.
