The honesty, openness and vulnerability in this conversation are off the charts. They are talking to each other like they've been friends for life (well they've known each other for more than 10 yrs but you know you can't simply be open to anyone you know for 10 yrs). This is why as a man you need to have this one male friend who you can talk deep with about $h|t5 and everything else in life without fear of being judged as weak, incompetent, weird or even kookoo.
As a painter/,musician , didgeridoo/flute player , maker of analog stuff , Yes it resonated with me on all levels, Ayahuasca n Bufo showed me who i am n i follow my path with gratitude.🙏🙏🙏 now the muse seems gone away but she will come back when u least expected.
Emotions stirred, ever so subtle, beautiful, and humbled. Words spoken directly to my heart and soul, a reminder that I am not small but something much, much more. Remembering the artist within, a spark ignites, finally it says, finally I can fly.
This episode was so peaceful and inspiring. You have to make a podcast together and call it «Triceratops and Panda«😅 I really love the energy of you both together❤
I enjoyed this soooooo much! I really resonated with what Aubrey said about feeling things through. I have the same practice as well. I imagine the worst case scenario and play out best case scenarios as well. And then leave room for the mystery to unfold. In-Q’s poetry is magic! I grinned through them all ❤
I understand what you’re asking, I THINK haha! To be certain that when I encounter the original F YOU part that as I’m processing I’m NOT CREATING from the f you space I use my INTENTION to guide my own interaction with the field. In other words, when I’m doing my grieving of loss part I say clearly that I’m not creating from this space right now. Right now in this moment DEAR FIELD 😁hahaha is to RELEASE and to MAKE SPACE for the next new beautiful creating I shall do. So I guard myself in this way……. I am clear within myself and in my communication with our field as per my INTENTION 💜💜💜
I really enjoyed this conversation between a triceratops and a panda 😍😍😍 Thank you both for the amazing humans that you are and your perspectives on things and also letting that wall down to know that you are both normal peeps that have to keep themselves in check at times as well. ❤❤❤
18:59 Yes and it's no good when that happens. This is the reason why I never took lessons for guitar. My brother did and he was very good but you could hear that through all of his playing. And he sounded just like everybody else when it came to making something up. I on the other hand really flow along and have a lot of soul in my playing. And this is because I purposely didn't learn things and played raw. It's that rawness that people love so much. Because it's that authenticity, you know an easy example would be somebody like Kurt Cobain.... And then you know how many times we've watched an artist like that go into their third to fourth album in all of a sudden they kind of suck.... A few reasons for that but one is because they learned more and got better but it detracted from their flow and creativity... No that doesn't always happen, we do have a few guys out there that learn, learn and learn and keep flowing with that soul. But it's kind of rare. Same thing goes for poetry and the rhyme scheme.. you'll start limiting yourself big time.
Hum. Can we really define ourselves especially when sometimes we seem to be a walking contradiction? Embrace the ambiguity. Smile through your tears and remember, we are a work in progress. Don't define yourself. You may be diluting yourself. That's the deal.😊❤ Defining ourselves seems too definite to me. We are so much more... Putting one more lable after our name won't do the trick. Keep making the right choices and then you will see a growing and maturing character blossoming. ❤
Did such a fantastic f****** job with the nuances. I kept thinking. Oh no, he's going to be that writer. That's a try Hard. Where you can just tell that they're reaching for the nuances. That was truly a fantastic poem man. Thank you.
Dear Aubrey. If you really want to dig into trauma and be a witness to deep transformation and have someone show you how to open up your heart, then invite Anneke Lucas to tell her story. Don't forget to have a large box of hankies at hand...
I just peeped THE ONLY REASON WE’RE ALIVE…& for the first time in a long time - I CRIED. Truly grateful for both of you

Loving the synchronicity!!
I just declared last week that I am a poet and I've been owning it ever since!!
You don't become anything by declaring it, but doing it.
Reaching 1 person is enough…. Yeah, more than enough.
Such amazing poetry
Brilliant , insightful, moving and funny. ❤
49:49 "Your opponent is there for your own evolution [...]
This way the darkness serves the light." Exactly the same insight I have received ❤
The poetry In-Q opened with blew my effin mind, so dope! I had to pause after he finished it cos I needed to let it sink 🖤

Best poem I've heard in a very very long time, maybe one of the best I've heard. That's not easy to get me to say. Great work
