This was a W tutorial. Would love to see more with pcg like with interiors or like the space station which was the latest showcase on unreal engine yt.
Maybe try manually adding in the texture. Below where you place the static mesh in the spawner should be a material override. Try adding your material there or making sure that that is empty.

I honestly wonder how much RAM you have to use PCG that way.
My computer goes to maximum RAM usage after a few grass and game over.
