Hey man! I’ve bought your sound packs for the prophet 6, summit, and now I’m interested in buying the bass station 2. Definitely more of a fan of the classic/80s type sounds over the modern EDM stuff. All your work is amazing tho!
@@psychoschematic91 apologies for the late reply. Yes the Bass Station 2 would make a great companion for Electribe. It can hold 127 patches. There’s 100 patches in my soundset. If you go to my website lukeneptune.com all the info is there on how to purchase.
I don't think many people realise what this synth can do. Lovely feel to the keyboard, and velocity and after touch too. Lukey boy here has knocked it out the park with these presets, and they can all be held on the app, and shuffled around etc
Hey Folks, Just a heads up - I ordered this sound set from Luke's website and it's great. Everything worked quickly and without complications. I find a lot of the BS2's factory content and artist packs tend to focus on heavily modulated and distorted sounds which while interesting aren't necessarily useful in a real world context. Luke's soundset is VERY well priced for what you get and is full of solid, usable and well-programmed sounds. Highly recommended!
DOOOOOPPPEEEEE! Another pack of yours for me to purchase 👏🏾. This is my second time round owning the BS II. Once Novation updated the firmware and allowed you to adjust the filter tracking, I had to buy another. One of my go to’s for bread and butter, THICK bass.
Sounds great Luke! BSII is really under-rated synth...with some sweet presets like these you can get as good results as the more expensive mono's...and more variation...
This is Awesome Luke! It would be amazing if you could put together a sample pack chocked full of bass, just like you did for your oldskool rave samples pack, so we could use them for any sampler and not only, a particular hardware synth. ;)
Great work I’ll check out these patches after pay day!!! Can you get a classic dub tech stab out of the BS2 ?? I haven’t seen it demonstrated yet please advise if you can help, if you need specific reference tracks/artists let me know.. Peace out...

Would it be viable to use this machine with a korg emx 1 electribe? Also how much can i hold in the sound bank and how do i purchase the sound packs

The BS2 is the best value in an analog monosynth under at least a grand if not more.

AFX station is exactly same as Bass Station 2, just looks different.

I'm afraid not Shandrico. You need a Novation Bass Station II to use them.
