Runescape's New Slayer Boss Changes Everything [OSRS]

Oldschool Runescape is about to get a new slayer boss called Arraxor. This name might seem familiar, because before OSRS, Runescape 3 actually already has this boss. But unlike the runescape 3 boss, the arraxor in OSRS is going to be a farmable slayer boss.
While this boss doesn't change literally everything, don't you guys love that trope? It will change every melee setup in the game because this boss will be bringing the new best in slot amulet into OSRS. This amulet is going to be a direct upgrade over the amulet of torture, and will further widen the gap between bis, and the utility that is given by the blood fury.
Is it enough of a gap for the Amulet of Rancor to see play over the blood fury in places where it is currently used? Probably not. This is because the healing effect of the blood fury is such a massive utility that you are pretty much only currently using it in places where it is really good. In the other places where you are using torture, end game players will be switching to the Rancor
