Is Hyperia ROUGH? THE TRUTH. In this video I will be diving into the truth about hyperia's current state, The rattle it I'd developing and why is it that rough? Enjoy the video!
In a report, a Heidepark technician from Germany complained that Mack has poor tolerances in the trains, perhaps this is what causes vibrations in some trains because they were manufactured inaccurately
i find it weird how even one train already has a rattle, DC Rivals only got a slight rattle after 2022 but nothing you notice too much. same with rivals having no issues or anything so far.
I suspect that these manufacturers are using cheaper steel to cut costs. The pandemic did not help profit margins for these companies, so they possibly insisted on cutting corners.
I wouldnt say rough, yes one of the trains is a bit shaky which im pretty sure is the one that valleyed, however so does the other train, and i believe this is just due to the sheer nature of this extremely unique rollercoaster experience, the height and speeds, i cant imagine a possible way to make it not head shaky, it is is smooth, just the speed and and the speed you take the turns at just naturally making you either get whipped around or shaken round, the coaster is just smooth just doesnt feel like it cos of the rides nature, same with stealth, going up the top hat, the turn, youre hitting that sudden turn at 80mph, with space around you, of course youre going to get thrown around a bit, its just logical sense, and this is exactly what every turn is on hyperia, especially going up into the immelman, doing a sudden rather short turn at 81mph, with lots of space around you in the seat, you are going to be shaken about a bit, its just common sense, hyperia isnt rough, its just its nature in terms of heights and speeds that make it seem that way, one of the main ways to see roughness on a coaster, is a front facing pov, front car, on that grey railing with the thorpe logo on the front, if it was rough, youd see it as it would whip too violently into the inversions, hyperia isnt rough, its just the speed that makes it seem it is.
I don’t understand how all of these new rides that have been open for a year or less all are developing rattles or rough patches in the layout. Iron Menace at Dorney Park opened a few months ago and the last turn into the station has built a reputation for being extremely rough. And I’ve heard a few say that Nemesis at Alton Towers has a bit of a rattle post-update.
Ive ridden hyperia 5 times and i will say my 3rd ride especially was in the middle of the train and oh dear.. the train was shaking so bad but the rest of my rides were pretty much fine! Its just bad when you hear some random people from the general public saying "that wasn't as bumpy as last time" in the rows behind
i didn’t find it rough but i didn’t find it smooth either. i also was kinda underwhelmed by the ride. it’s still a great coaster i just wouldn’t call it an elite one
I went on Hyperia 3 times yesterday, and here is what I found… Ride 1 - fourth row left - was extremely rattly and painful Ride 2 - 5th row right - was slightly rattly but bearable Ride 3 - 1st row right - was butter smooth In conclusion, the left side is unbearable in the middle of the train. But still my number 1 ride.
@UniversalPandaStar nope I genuinely think your mistaking positive gs for a rattle. Hyperia is butter smooth. If you think this ride is painful you should not be riding rollercoasters
The track is butter smooth but from my experience there was a constant rattle in the middle left of the train. Perhaps you haven’t been on the area of the train I was sat so you wouldn’t have known as like I said sitting at the front was perfectly fine.
To counter your point about g forces it is again not to do with that as I have been on coasters with higher g forces and there was not a rattle with that. I have been told that voltron also has a rattle but I am not too sure on that.
I adore this ride but I do have to disagree with you unfortunately, it does have a pretty bad rattle at some points (going off 5 rides with one ride in the middle being particularly noticeable) and the track itself is butter yes but the trains (especially one in particular) seems to shake a lot when the other one doesn't
@@asterisks3062 Ive been meaning to correct myself since I went on my birthday on the 30th, there is a slight rattle on exclusively The Valley after the kremer roll and before the dive stall
@CoasterPoints Nah videos like this are total cringe and attention seeking. Hyperia is smooth but of course, you have to complain cause it gets views. If you think this is rough you would die on any of my favorite rides lol. You are definitely mistaking ride forces for a rattle lmao. This thing is butter smooth

Mack is bnm fr

its not the track, im pretty sure its the train design and the seats not being directly under the seats (its a Y support instead)

Has Mack got the B&M sickness??
@@CoasterPoints what's the b&m sickness?
ive rode hyperia 6 times in the last 2 days and sitting near the back row I didn't find that there was loads of rattling at all
lucky i got row 2 on the not rough train. smoothest ride I rode

That's the sort of experience I had

I went today, so rough, still have a headache, its 9:52pm and I went on it at 12:13
I wouldnt call it rough but one of the trains is quite shakey and rattley
This ride is insanely rough! I got bruises on my left arm and legs, a bloody ear and my left testicle has been temporarily ruptured.
😭😭😭😭😭🫡
I really hope this is sarcastic
This is spot on!! So disappointed with how brutal it was and my testicals have winded me
ridden it twice and it definitely had a rattle, morning and evening.
I've been on 8 times and never experienced any pain.
i been 21 and i feel pain at least 5 times in that 21 goes
the only bit i found rough was the splashdown. like you come in at such speed at it suddenly just breaks a little, that was a bit uncomfortable
Fair enough, I personally hate the splashdown
I went on Hyperia 3 times yesterday, and here is what I found…
Ride 1 - fourth row left - was extremely rattly and painful
Ride 2 - 5th row right - was slightly rattly but bearable
Ride 3 - 1st row right - was butter smooth
In conclusion, the left side is unbearable in the middle of the train.
But still my number 1 ride.
If you think this ride is rough and painful, then I think you might be sick or not well... I'm worried for you. You should go see a doctor lol
On the left there is a definite rattle which made it painful.
@UniversalPandaStar nope I genuinely think your mistaking positive gs for a rattle. Hyperia is butter smooth. If you think this ride is painful you should not be riding rollercoasters

There is no rattle, it’s perfectly smooth, you all are genuinely nitpicking for non existent problems

Intamin > Mack
I hope it is, I love rough coasters. Nothing worse than a smooth snowflake ride.
It's not a bug, it's a feature. Man up buddy.
now if only the actual ride was a bit less mediocre. although too be fair the uk has nothing better than this
The train that is rough was probably the one that vallied as it was sitting there for quite a while
I noticed this rattle before it valleyed
yes this ride is rough, i came off battered and bruised,, a bruise up my left side. never doin this ride again!
damn, either you are over-exaggerating or hyperia just became rough all of a sudden
@@NotSoOliver nope I'm not ! It's terrible!

I was also basing this video on what others I wad riding with said
