      No kidding. The only way to maintain a voice like his at his age is through work! Lots of it. I have huge respect for him.

      That's the best version I've heard in about 15 years. These guys a much better than Yes is today. The current yes doesn't have the passion these guys have.

      Yes totally agree this band is still lacking keyboard even though they have 2 Wakeman needs to be there to be complete

    I'd just like to add that I had to listen to Chris Clark's organ solo twice and I'm completely in awe!!! He pulls off Wakeman's chops effortlessly!!! Truly amazing!!!!

    Would always want to see this lineup with Jon, over Steve and the Posers anyday . the new Yes album has some moments but without Jon it's souless and hollow.

    Thank you for this smazza28! This is just pure perfection!!! They get better and better with every show. Thank you Jon and thank you Richie and all the Geeks. I had CTTE on 8 track as a teenager and I played it so much I about wore holes in the tape. Your performing this and other classic Yes tunes on your set list brings back so many sweet memories of my teenage years. All the best to you for the remainder of the tour!!!

    I'm a huge fan of Yes and this is clearly their best song. I saw them once in San Diego in 1979.
    What an honor for this band to get to play with the original singer, Jon Anderson!

    Perfect performances yes is forever it only ends when Jon Anderson closes his eyes forever

  • @ediklau
    @ediklau Год назад +1

    Steve's Yes, with the Jon's like vocalist ('Jon' Davison) only gets us just to remember and miss more and more Jon Anderson at every word he sings. It's a pity, pathetic that situation, for audience, and maybe for Davison also, just to be an 'incomplete' version of the original. That was absolutely different with Benoit, who did plainly a real good cover of Jon.

      Proof that the genius musicians of YES created such great music 40 - 50 years ago that there are bands out there today who want to recreate it . Jon Anderson was never YES by himself.
