  • In short, Music is connected to understanding and creating memories, emotions, and will decide how much you feel something. Use it your advantage.
    Music Method examples:
    1. "I don't feel like it"
    - Count to 20-30 seconds backwards with the understanding you have to at least stand up and you'll what you have to do for 3 songs long. No timer, no pressure, means more likely to start.
    - Suggested genres/vibes: songs that connect to memories, Background music/calm, "oldies", or RnB
    2. "I'm tired but I have to keep going"
    - Stretch then do the first physical exercise that comes to mind (at least 2 minutes), check if you ate something, drink water, get headphones and do what you gotta do.
    - Suggested Genre: classical, piano, lo-fi, or RnB at background level volume on repeat or prepped playlist.
