- Following the conclusion of the domestic season, the players have been gradually returning to camp at Pennyhill Park. Team alignment and physical conditioning have been the focus of the squad ahead of our upcoming tour of Japan and New Zealand.
The first of three matches in our Summer Series kicks off against Japan in Tokyo on 22 June before two further Tests against the All Blacks in Dunedin and Auckland in July.

Is this one of the most diverse England teams to date? Not only ethnicity speaking but socio-economically with the likes of Genge and others. The best opportunity to date of connecting top flight rugby with grass roots and urban youth. England Rugby and the RFU have an opportunity here. Knowing them, they probably won't take it but there it is.

Low impact cardio...simple answer. These guys are heavy and if all their cardio was running, they'd have no ligaments after a few years.
