    Thank you for the updates... my husband has this condition but is still very much in the severe pain stage. It's good to know that he can expect to make some sort of recovery even if it takes some time.

    Frustrating that after all this time the scientists can't pin point the actual cause, I had this in both shoulders and attribute it to lifting weights. I had nerve decompression in both sides. I am a lot better now 2 years after my last surgery.

    Thanks for the video, this is very helpful! I was diagnosed with PTS a few months ago, and like you, I was extremely fit, strong and ate a very healthy diet. I'm curious if you got your symptoms after the covid vaccine? If so, which vaccine did you get? If not, did you choose to get the vaccine and did it affect any of your symptoms?
    I'm considering getting the vaccine however I'm worried what it would do to my PTS symptoms, because I'm starting to see a very good recovery and I'd hate for me to lose this progress.

    any more updates?? did you find a way to speed up the recovery because i am so much pain.
    we in this together indeed.
    an idiot chiropractor fucked up my neck and now i have this.
    do u take any drugs and medications?
    i hope you're better now
