Been waiting for these. Love the Elite content, a real focus on proper movement that naturally puts you into the right positions rather than TRYING to get there.
At 11:15 mins in, Riley does a great job of summarizing how the two schools of swing methods differ---happy to be on the flexion/rotation road! Can't wait to see the enigmatic Luke Bracke in future episodes!
Great content. Glad to be a member of your site. I do have a question. About when does the extension of the pelvis occur on the downswing? I don’t think you all are saying to stay in flexion forever on the downswing (except maybe on wedges), right? I’ve always assumed the extension starts around P6 or so, at least with a mid iron. Thanks again. Mark
Great explanation. Is this a swing that is good for most golfer who are fairly who are not limited? What will make the hips rotated of move forward to complete the swing ? When I have tried this in the past I always fell like my butt is stuck behind andI generat no power from the lower body. I a bulky body from years of weight lifting, what is a proper technique for my body type?
Thanks for watching John, your thoughts are noted. This was an introductory video to our new series with Elite Golf Schools and we wanted to cover some areas we think are important to keep in mind when starting out as a junior golfer and progressing through the ranks. The remaining videos will be more focused in nature.

More goodies to come Lucas!

Yes they do, more to come!
Lot of white belts out there…. This is awesome, wish I had something like this when I was a kid. Love the growth of the game!
Love the concept!

Yes your thought is correct. Here is a video I did a few years back on the subject. ruclips.net/video/y7dNJK9jYAM/видео.html
Here’s another explanation that goes even more in depth with driver ruclips.net/video/v6BA28YmRLo/видео.html

Hard to say without seeing you in action
Hi Milo, yes I get it, It would really be nice to see you build a junior from the ground up, if that's possible.
I help a lot of juniors here in AZ but hard to imagine putting together a whole series. I have many live lessons on my website.
99 percent of all golfers are junior golfers; no matter what the age. Cheers 😅😃👍⛳️🥂❤️
Thanks for watching Tom!
I was hoping he'd have said "naah, not wiry - we like our 12 year olds jacked af" 🙃
😂 benching 400
