Pretty humble stuff to bring in another teacher and discuss different theories. Clay's constant pursuit and learning is always impressive.

Glad to see the two heavy weights sharing the screen. Clay is teaching more from the athletic motion aspect while Riley is into all the details. I enjoy to watch both of them.

Play Bellard has helped me with my golf swing more than any other coach on RUclips. I also been watching the performance golf channel and incorporate The teachings of the ribs sway and drop segments of the swing. Both these guys do an excellent job explaining the golf swing in a two dimensional space. Their drills both help me with my field in the golf swing which for me is everything. Awesome that these two guys came together.

Two absolute powerhouses, top 5% of online golf instruction. The format was great, in that the two of you were able to disagree on a few things and we were able to hear how to gurus think about the same thing a little differently.

24:46 ish talking about that move…I absolutely destroyed my abductor muscles mistakenly thinking I was getting in the right position but actually doing exactly what you demonstrated. It’s incredibly easy to do because you get so wrapped up in the visual that you forget the mechanics to create that visual. Not many people can swing like Niemann especially after age 35-40 😂

Hendrik Stenson does this too. Really good starter move.

I tend to have high hands at the top, like lead arm covering my face, and struggle to drop my arms and release out and not down so I don’t dig a hole.
I’ve tried to flatten my back swing but it feels so horrible I really don’t want to do it. I feel like everything is trapped against my chest and I have no options to move.
I also start down with rotation instead of dropping my hands, which makes the issue worse.
I’ve heard I can play with high hands and they generate speed, but how can I better sequence with high hands? I see tons of videos on how Rory stays underneath plane and rips it but not how you can start over and still play good golf.

Golf is an athletic sport but we as ams seem to do everything we can to take the athleticism out of it. Golf just seems to short circuit our bodies and brains.
