Browns Peak Loop in Snowy Range - Hiking in Medicine Bow National Forest - Wyoming

The Snowy Range area of Medicine Bow National Forest is a special place. This 12 mile loop hike brought us past countless lakes and delivered impressive views of the Snowy Range mountains, including Medicine Bow Peak and Brown's Peak.
The Snowy Range area is suitable fo hikers of all abilities. From the moment you leave your car you are presented with incredible views of the mountains and alpine lakes. More adventurous hikers should take the time to visit the far side of the range where they are very likely to have the trails to themselves while enjoying expansive views.
