First off, I wanna express my respect for your response, asking for constructive criticism and not being upset by my comment is pretty rare and very respectable.
So, what I found bad about it.
You largely drowned out the actual theme that played in the episode.
It sounds like you put 3 audios on top of each other but they didn't mix very well, so I could hear a lot of parts where the different notes clashed with each other, which created the same feeling as when music is corrupted and it just sounds wrong.
The main theme that actually played in episode 13 was very quiet as well in this video and only ever shined through for a couple of seconds, which is disappointing for people that look for the theme.
It feels like you really tried giving it your own personal spin but you overdid it and not much of the original remains here.
As an example of a cover of this song which I REALLY like look for "「Choso vs Itadori Yuji / REMEMBER」Jujutsu Kaisen S2 EP13 OST 呪術廻戦 [Epic Cover]" from the channel "PHAROZEN".
He concentrates purely on the actual theme and not on remixing it, it contrasts very strongly with your video in which the main intrumental of the episode is hard to hear most of the time.
I am not a music science student so I can't express my opinion in more technical terms, I still hope you can make sense of what I said and that it helps you out.

I just came up with how to put it into words a bit better!
The song literally sounds drowned out, like it plays under water, yknow how sound is distorted and harder to understand while you're under water? This entire video has that kinda effect on it.
I also don't really like the vocals at the start and end but that amounts to personal preference, nothing I can fault you for.

Now the key thing is, from what you told me not everything can be heard correctly because it sounds bad like it's corrupted. It makes sense since I messed up mastering a bit. XD But if you like the one in the link then it's probably mostly sound rather than music.
If you still don't like it then you don't like my angle and that's fine really. I am of course doing the remakes or remixes in my own way and sometimes it's good sometimes it can be..... Super bad I guess :) I try to keep the most of the original ost and add stuff here and there as. You should always cheer up and follow the artist you prefer! And I think there are many cover artists here to choose from and they are all really talented. If you check the message please let me know. Thank you again though!!

Listen to the song right now, it's already much clearer, the notes aren't clashing with each other.
As I said I don't really know the technical terms so It don't really know what you mean with the matering, but from what you said I can understand the gist of it so I guess I get what went wrong in the process a bit now.
Personally I still think it sounds a bit like it's under water, but it's MUCH better than the video I criticised.
This version, while it's still not my personal style, I wouldn't have written such a harsh comment under.
Well, this has been pleasant, giving your responses I can tell you're actually an artist that cares about what he does and wants to improve.
So many people crack at the slightest criticism, but the way you handle it means you really have what it takes to improve and reach greatness.
People who can't take harsh criticism will never make it in their art. So you really have the potential and mental capacity, I mean that, that attitude is INCREDIBLE RARE nowadays because people grow up coddled and protected.
Obviously our safer western societies are a good thing, but because of that safety parents seem to fail to teach people that reality is harsh and you can never improve without facing uncomfortable things.
But you know that stuff and are super chill about it, thus you earned my respect, regardless if your music is my style or now.
