You guys just saved me. I used to be a 3 times a week kick boxer but corona killed my spirit for a bunch of reasons. I lost a lot of muscle mass and gained a lot of love mass (according to my still fit lady love). I was craving comfort food but seriously all of these recipes got me back in the game. Keep em coming!
Thanks for these! I love that you had a couple that started with precooked shrimp, and when I checked the recipe for the coconut shrimp online, you said you make that with precooked shrimp as well! I always keep a couple of bags in my freezer for when I’m hungry but can’t decide what I want or I just don’t feel like cooking - they’re fast to defrost and always good just with cocktail sauce or as shrimp salad. So now I’ve got a couple more fast and easy ways to use them!
Love that you have a site too. I discover youre Chanel yesterday. Lookin for some keto inspo and im so glad i found you! Love the recepis! Maybe you can include the metrics as well?
I'm really happy you like the look of the recipes! We're working to add metric measurements on the website for all of our recipes, so that should be coming pretty soon :)
So I have a question regarding the shrimp and sausage I’m new to keto… But I’m looking at the onions and the red pepper and green pepper. I didn’t know that those vegetables were keto friendly? I’m sorry if this is a dumb question I am still learning.
That's where a bit more nuance comes in. Keto is about carb restriction, so you can still use peppers and onions - you just have to be careful about the amount used. If you're not following recipes, measuring food and checking the macros is important especially when new to keto.
@@anniebird248 Haha all good. Maybe you can create a homemade version of old bay seasoning (I'm sure there are recipes out there). It's pretty common here and used a lot in the northeast here :)
The links to the recipes are all listed in the Description Box, as well, so you can always get any info you missed there. Or you can copy them down or print them out from there to make your life easier.
WOW! I can't wait to try these. I love...how most ingredients can be used for multiple recipes, the use of seasonings and easy to follow. Well done!!
Thanks for the always helpful recipes😀
Always happy to help!

Wonderful recipe, I’m starting doing keto, but I didn’t have much ideas for yummy keto food, especially with seafood that I love ❤️ so much.
Happy to help with new ideas! Good luck on starting your journey!

Those tuna balls are so delicious 😍😍😍
As much as I know fried foods on keto diet preferably is better not to consume. But these look delicious though, thank you for videos ❤

Is there a shopping list for these and recipe card down loads? Omggg
You can find the recipe cards on the website, all linked in the description 👍
AMAZING - THANK U
Очень классный канал, и столько блюд, вы молодцы! 🤗 ещё бы на русском было, вроде всё понятно, но некоторые ингредиенты не могу понять😊
Great video. What is old bay seasoning?
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_Bay_Seasoning 😉
I should have mentioned that I’m Australian 😁 I didn’t think of googling 😬👍🏼🌷which has more to do with my age 😆

Gives me some ideas for freshwater fish. Never considered Seared catfish with asparagus, but it might work.
I think it'd be good - I'd season the catfish with some cajun spices and do lemony asparagus with it 😋
Thanks for the video, but you didn't show the oven temperature in all your bakings.
Sure thing - which recipe are you referring to? In the stuffed poblanos it is in the middle of the prep, at around 11:15 you can see it at the bottom.

Can you please make canned fish recipies (sardines , salmon , tuna)
There's a recipe in here that uses canned tuna 👍
Cauliflower rice looks good but it probably very mushy with all the liquid.
Have a hot pan - it doesn't get super soggy.
