Matthew McCormick is the man behind Matthew McCormick Studios, a multi-disciplinary design house that produces distinctive lighting and artistic installations which is now a global brand.
In Part 2 of my interview with Matthew we discuss how he built and scaled his business up to become a global brand. He is both creative and entrepreneurial and he answers our "not so rapid, rapid fire" which includes his favorite books and advice.

How do you manage your time? My dreams came true and now I have a small but very busy business. How do I do this? I'm falling behind in projects and I have developed anxiety. I'm based in a small island and there are not qualified people to hire.
Take aways…….. work smart, career coach, hire a personal asst as soon as you can, keep it lean as long as you can, do what you love.
