Aw thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed it! I haven’t been on RUclips live much lately I need to both stream some and visit your’s and other streams more too. That shrine is so beautiful I love it!
I agree, Ive seen Gear 5 all over the place but it was really well represented here, also it had to have been planted awhile back maybe just when it came out in the manga or shortly before even
Thanks! I’ve been trying to work on pacing and keeping the content more engaging, very much appreciate that! They do several of these every year, so if you get a chance try to make it up there around July/August to see what they have 😀
amazing video! great job! your editing skills are insane, I felt like I was watching a national geographic documentary i love the drone shots. your narrations, camera pans, transitions, music, all fit together so perfectly it's crazy how much time and effort they put into growing the rice patty art
"Definitely worth the trip" Except for zero cell service lololol Well done video, and the drone shots are always so much fun to watch. This is something I'd love to see for myself someday! One of my biggest regrets when I lived in Japan like I've mentioned before, was not spending any time in northern Japan. I'll have to remedy that sometime!
Yeah the drive up was a nightmare on stream reception but at least this area was okay 👍 my first time up north too and I’m regretting that it’s only now that I’m exploring this side of japan, but I do love it!
I drove from Tokyo, there is the tanbo art station right there and car is definitely convenient, I don’t know if they have a local bus that goes there since the station exists. It’s pretty much in the middle of nowhere. I wonder what this year’s theme is, should be really nice though!
@@NomadicGaijin thanks. Ill probably rent a car from aomori since i want to go to Moya hills thunder luge while up there. On a side note, have you been to Gattan go railbike in gifu?
A grand line of rice and art
Love the word play, it is indeed
Absolutely amazing work, and great cinematography as always :) 🎵he's the CAR CAMPIN GAIJINNNNNN~

I Love Japan and Growing Rice into Art in Japan
It’s beautiful right?
Awesome video, just binged the Live action show and that Gear 5 Luffy is awesome
We just finished it too, love the show and yeah the Gear 5 was so well done.
Its will be interesting to see how the art will be during the winter season.
This display is only available until October so I'm guessing it won't be much of anything in winter sadly
The one grain of rice is real!!!!!
or 2 million, whatever is in this place
that's awesome
Thank you
Amaaazing! What creativity and dedication..and to recreate it every year!! ❤😮 thanks so much for sharing this unique part of Japan!!
Tourism is so important for small villages like this, it’s great they could make a unique way to bring people in and share it!
Hoooly crap that's wild, I can't believe I hadn't seen this before! How they organized it based on viewer perspective was really cool too
Yeah I had heard of these things but didn’t realize what a project they were, I was so impressed
This is so cool, dude thank you for showing this to us! I really want to see this myself one day! Your narrative pacing is fantastic btw! Keep it up!

I really appreciate that thank you! Editing like this is my real passion, I’m always happy when another creator can appreciate that 😊
Wow!! 🤩 Beautiful combination of art & nature! 🎨🌾🌿 I never knew of this before - Thanks for showing us! 🥰
Yeah I was blown away too, I had always thought these were painted or artificial somehow, can’t believe it’s all grown that way. Thanks for watching!
One piece is real bro
It is definitely real 😄
I Like black rice
I wonder if the taste is any different 😄
Another awesome video, definitely different and you are a trooper for going 10 hour one way.
The village also has another rice paddy art near the village hall. 🌾❤
Yeah seems like there’s a few in the area, I was honed in on the ONE PIECE one though 😄

Incredible! I would have no idea where to start in making one of these! This may be a dumb question, but is it seasonal?
Definitely seasonal, this one ends in October sadly but there will be more every year
Thank you that was really cool.
Thanks for watching!
Amazing 😻
It really is!
Im going tomorrow. My plan is to train to aomori from tokyo. From there is it better to rent car or local train bus?
