Sandy...you are a GENIUS!!! I love moving cards like this, as I send them occasionally to my grandchildren, who LOVE getting "books from Nana". They carry them around until they fall apart....thanks a bunch!!
You're such a genius--love these adorable interactive cards with your colorful watercoloring, too! Thanks for another informative and well-narrated vid.
So crazy cute Sandy. I am sorry I will miss you in Buffalo next week. It was going to be on my Birthday, but my son, and daughter in law just had me a granddaughter, and they booked a flight for me to see them, and my little Marion. She was named after my mom, who is now in Heaven. I pray you have travelling mercy, and fun with Sharon. Say hello to her for me. I am Canadian, but do all my Craft Shopping at her Shop. She is a wonderful friend.
Hello fellow Washingtonian! I love your RUclips videos, and they're like my art class 101! I watched all of your Zig Brush Marker videos, before I purchased a set of 60. I used them for the first time yesterday, and LOVE them!!! Thank you for uploading your creative videos. I'm always blown away by how clever, cute, beautifully colored, etc. they all are!
one thing i noticed with your stamping is you pick up the block immediately after stamping. I recommend leaving it on the paper for a little while to allow the ink to transfer more. Just a little tip that helps me :} Shannon
Great video! What specific shade of Daniel Smith WC is that turquoise-y blue that you used for the mountains? It's just what I want but I got some cobalt turquoise and it was disappointingly dull.
Cute card idea Sandy, thank you for the video. You said you are using D. Smith watercolors....but they are in a Pan? I know they sell their watercolors in Sticks and tubes, but did not find DS in a pan form?
I love interactive cards too Sandy and these are so adorable! I had to laugh when you mentioned that you were a terrible stamper because I struggled with that as well. May I ask, are you resting the side of your hands, more towards your wrists, (where your pinky fingers are) on the desk to help with stability? It also helps if the moment before you make contact with the paper that you lift your pinky fingers up and out of the way....it would be much easier to show you so forgive my explanation if it doesn't make sense. Anyways, I found that this has helped me tremendously. Good luck and thanks so much for sharing!
great cards, why didn't use the MISTI? esp on watercolor paper? it's so hard to stamp on watercolor paper..i know...i can;t wait to get mine, now i;m off to visit Hero arts ;-)
+Sandy Allnock thank you for this...I have tried to avoid buying a Misti just because it is waaay too much money. I appreciate doing things the "hard" way!! lol

Cute stamp sets. I think they need an Amish buggy set for those of us who live in Amish country!
Great cards too - lots of work but so much fun. I'm glad to have someone figure out the mechanisms for me.

+Maaike Uijthoven I try not to put the Misti in every video...lots of folks can't afford one so I want them to see my goofups and how I fix them.
+Sandy Allnock ok thanks I did have to save up for a year orso inbetween all the other releases to get mine, but finally ordered it ;-)

Too bad that the blue car moves backward.
