Well articulated! Christ is that rock and not Simon Peter as assumed in some religious groupings. However, l have an allegation against churches that take pride in the old and outdated method of worshiping God in man-made Temples than the New Testament instruction in which we are to worship God in spirit and in truth. Though popular, the practice is not in testament with the New Testament model as declared by the Head of the Church in John 4:21-24. Watch Christ after the pronouncement that it is Finished. He never went back to the Synagogues as He used to. He instead, worshipped God in spirit and in truth. That is the sober truth l know and we cannot intellectualize it. Heaven is waiting to see true worshipers who will worship their God in spirit and in truth just as God is.
